The Role: Our site in Aurora, Illinois is seeking a Quality Systems and Business Process Software Engineer Co-Op for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration, beginning in June through December. This role is part of our Quality Process Systems (QPS) team In this role, you will help support, enhance, and modernize our global Electronic Quality Management System (EQMS). Under the guidance of a Senior Engineer, you’ll help to troubleshoot system errors, improve system workflows through coding, and enhance our system integrations. The Entegris Quality Process Systems (QPS) owns and supports several critical systems and processes. Our EQMS system is a foundational application with a global footprint and high visibility. The business processes we support are critical to compliance and have a direct impact on our customers. The team (and the role) collaborate with Quality, Operations, IT, and data teams across the globe. What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot system issues, determine root causes and develop permanent fix Enhance and expand system features of EQMS using common software development tools and methodologies Support and expand EQMS data integration with other systems Support data cleanup or other project activities as needed Depending on the specific work assignments and project(s), you may work directly with Python, ETQScript, REST APIs, Boomi, SAP connectors, SQL, JSON/XML, Git or Azure DevOps What We Seek: Motivated, detail-oriented programmer Knowledge of common software development tools and methodologies Knowledge of Python, ETQScript, or SQLFamiliarity with ETQ, SAP, or Boomi is a plus Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year: Computer Science or similar December 2026 (or later) graduation year Eligibility: Must be a currently enrolled student Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in June through December. Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role. Requirements

  • Motivated, detail-oriented programmer
