About The Position

The Quality Systems Analyst supports the Quality Systems Manager in maintaining and improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements by managing documentation, analyzing system performance, and supporting audits. The Quality Systems Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and strengthen overall quality system effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in quality, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry and basic analysis.
  • Strong project management and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, design, and compliance teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • Must model the highest degree of moral and ethical behavior.
  • Keeps commitments; exhibits candor and courage - is not afraid to establish a visible presence and point of view, to engage in spirited and constructive debate, to hold others accountable.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or compliance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive familiarity with quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Effective team leadership and team facilitation skills.
  • Experience with ERP, QMS, or compliance software systems.
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve departmental processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Knowledge of HACCP, food defense, FDA, ISO, and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and controlling QMS documentation, records, and forms.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO and customer-specific requirements.
  • Supporting the Quality Systems Manager with internal, customer, and third-party audit preparation, execution, and follow-up.
  • Assisting in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes, including root cause analysis and verification of effectiveness.
  • Supporting digitalization and improvement of QMS processes through system and software optimization.
  • Driving continuous improvement projects under the direction of the Quality Systems Manager.
  • Completing customer surveys and document requests.
  • Maintaining knowledge of applicable regulations and responding to customer regulatory requests
  • Understanding and complying with requirements regarding customer and PI confidentiality.
  • Performs other assignments and duties as directed.
