About The Position

The Quality Support Technician is responsible for performing in-line inspections, identifying and correcting minor defects, cleaning, strapping, and packaging fixtures to ensure all products meet quality standards. This role supports timely, damage-free shipments and contributes to maintaining the company's reputation for top-quality products.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a leadership or management support role is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect completed fixtures to verify they meet established quality standards.
  • Identify and repair minor blemishes or defects as needed.
  • Clean, strap, and package finished products to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality requirements.
  • Communicate quality issues or recurring defects to supervisors for further action.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and packaging processes
