About The Position
HTSS is seeking a detail-driven Quality Support Specialist to help strengthen our training programs, documentation processes, and daily operations within our electronic Quality Management System. This is a great opportunity to step into a key Quality role and make an immediate impact.
Requirements
- BA/BS or related science degree preferred
- 4+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems
- Strong communication, organization, and understanding of cGMP
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Veeva or validated eQMS systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support daily activities in QualityOne/eQMS
- Manage and track NCRs, CAPAs, and Change Controls
- Assist with quality metrics, trending, and document updates
- Help prepare for audits and inspections (FDA, DEA, partners)
- Maintain accurate records and support cross-functional projects
