About The Position
The Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the business through quality-driven processes and material improvements. Working closely with Operations Management, the individual will develop and lead product quality improvements, ensuring the highest standards are met across all production stages. This leader is also responsible for managing and developing employees, enhancing the capabilities of the team, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, the QA Supervisor will ensure plant safety, uphold quality standards, and maintain compliance with all procedures and regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, deep knowledge of ISO standards, and a dedication to driving ongoing process improvements.
