Your responsibilities will include: Provides direction, coaching, and mentoring to quality technicians Provides technical guidance in identifying and resolving quality issues using engineering essentials and other related problem-solving tools and techniques Works closely with cross functional partners to establish support priorities

  • Works closely with cross functional partners to establish support priorities
  • Bachelor's degree with an Engineering or Science background
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality/operations or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct or indirect leadership experience with a passion for leadership and team development
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Medical Device Quality Systems and Regulatory Requirements
  • Experience in quality line support
  • Experience in Medical Device industry
  • Demonstrated achieving established goals
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently under limited supervision
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple, cross-functional teams
