We’re looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Quality Supervisor to lead our Quality Auditors and Technicians while ensuring all production lines consistently meet company quality standards. In this role, you’ll guide, train, and motivate teams to produce high‑quality products, maintain critical quality systems, and support continuous improvement across the operation. Highlights of your role • Lead and supervise Quality Auditors and Technicians to ensure compliance with all quality standards, procedures, and specifications.• Train production line associates on product standards, inspection requirements, and quality expectations. • Responsible for maintenance of the gage calibration system, incoming inspection system, corrective actions system and measurement request system • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and departmental records.• Promote a safe work environment and ensure adherence to safety policies, including proper use of tools and equipment. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) High School Diploma/GED required – Associate or two-year degree from a college or technical school is preferred. Six months to one year of related supervisory experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Prior quality experience, certifications and training preferred but not required.
