About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Quality!
We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead fulfillment quality operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures inbound and outbound shipments meet company standards while supporting team development, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 4+ years of experience in quality, fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, or continuous improvement practices preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment quality operations
• Verify inbound and outbound shipment accuracy and labeling compliance
• Perform quality control checks to ensure company standards are met
• Supervise, coach, and develop quality team members
• Resolve quality issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain reporting and quality documentation
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes
• Promote safety, security, and ISO/QMS compliance
• Drive continuous improvement efforts
