About The Position

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all first-shift quality operations, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and internal standards. This role is hands-on, leadership-oriented, and essential to maintaining the safety and integrity of everything we produce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or similar field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of quality assurance experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hot, and high-volume production environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory or lead experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise first-shift quality technicians and inspectors.
  • Perform daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMPs, and company quality programs.
  • Conduct line audits, documentation reviews, and sanitation verification.
  • Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Partner closely with Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation to prevent quality issues.
  • Train team members on quality procedures, food safety, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate results to management.
