Responsible for providing leadership to a team of Quality Technicians across 4 shifts that directly support production in ADSA (Access and Delivery Solution Assembly) business unit. This role will ensure high level of product & process quality, meeting ISO and regulatory requirements, monitoring Key Performance Indicators and data analysis for Continuous Improvement activities. You will be required to have a sound understanding of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance and assist in troubleshooting quality issues as they arise. In addition, you will be expected to partner with other leaders within the organization to implement quality strategic initiatives and improvements that will meet or exceed internal and external requirements. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.
