The Quality Control (QC) Supervisor is responsible for supervising hourly departmental employees, assigning work and priorities to direct reports, and assisting other supervisors in managing resources. This position reports to the Quality Manager and involves managing time-cards and attendance reports of direct reports, acting as a back-up for other supervisors, generating reports related to Safety, Quality, and Productivity, and managing data in the ERP system. The QC Supervisor will conduct annual performance reviews, manage progressive discipline for employees, conduct internal audits, address internal rejections, customer complaints, and corrective actions, and coordinate customer and third-party visits for Quality-related activities. Adherence to the highest standards of Safety and Quality is essential, along with compliance with company policies and procedures.
