About The Position
The Quality Supervisor at Green Bay Packaging is responsible for assisting the Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 standards. This role involves managing the ISO program, overseeing quality testing labs, and utilizing various systems to investigate quality claims. The Quality Supervisor also plays a key role in customer feedback processes, corrective actions, and training initiatives, while supporting the overall quality management system within the facility.
