About The Position
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Shop Floor Quality through developing and implementing Quality Control Programs. This position directly supervises department staff in the assigned area and is also responsible for systems controlling product quality along with identifying and resolving non-conformances. This position will split time between people management and quality support for production.
