The Quality Consulting team is tasked by the Regional Medical Director of Quality and/or the Chief Quality Officer to support high-priority quality projects. While our role varies based on the needs of the project, it may include: a) leading short-term projects with a defined end-point, b) launching new programs, handing them off to a permanent home once the project is -mature,- c) partnering with existing program leads to optimize current practices and/or provide strategic guidance, and d) providing ad hoc support to quality leadership. We partner with Finance, Operations, People and Care Transformation to support our organization-s goals in growth, affordability, and providing consistently exceptional care. This position provides analytical support to a project or department. Under the guidance of a Project Manager/ Director, responsible for collecting and researching data, performing analysis, providing recommendations and presenting results.
