About The Position

The Quality Strategist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-wide quality frameworks, standards, and performance initiatives. This role focuses on long-term quality strategy, process excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across products, services, and operational functions. The Quality Strategist collaborates with cross-functional leadership to ensure consistent quality performance, regulatory compliance, and measurable business impact in a fully remote environment. This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will be rejected.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or operational strategy
  • Strong understanding of quality methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO standards)
  • Proven experience developing and tracking performance metrics
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Masters degree (MBA or related field)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, manufacturing, technology)
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks
  • Experience implementing enterprise-wide quality systems

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organization-wide quality strategy and improvement initiatives
  • Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning
  • Partner with operations, product, compliance, and leadership teams
  • Design and implement quality assurance and control processes
  • Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements related to quality standards
  • Conduct audits, assessments, and performance evaluations
  • Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations
  • Drive process optimization and operational efficiency improvements
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
