Ensure products meet internal specifications, blueprints, and regulatory requirements. Utilize precision measuring tools such as coordinate measuring machines (e.g., FaroArm), micrometers, calipers, and gauges to check dimensions and functionality. Utilize CAM2 measuring software to program CMM for repeat inspections. Record results, maintain logs, and report defects through ERP systems and quality databases. Identify root causes of defects and recommend corrective actions to Sales and Project Managers. Collaborate with multiple departments to expedite solutions for non-conforming parts. This role may involve inspecting products at supplier facilities. This role will include speaking with Vendors to assist in technical resolution. This role will be cross trained as needed to support our shipping and warehousing functions. Work Environment Manufacturing Setting (75%) General Office environment inside a plant (25%)
