About The Position
Liberty Healthcare is seeking a full-time Quality Specialist to contribute to a large-scale program aimed at enriching the lives of older adults and people with developmental disabilities. This role primarily involves reviewing providers of Medicaid HCBS waiver services.
Responsibilities
- Driving to provider locations throughout the greater region
- Conducting critical incident management and mortality reviews, onsite at provider locations
- Evaluating provider’s services in relation to best practices in person-centered care
- Identifying provider’s strengths and opportunities for quality improvement
- Writing comprehensive summary reports within limited timeframes
