Fuel your passion As a Quality Specialist – TRS, you are ensuring compliance with external standards, regulations, and internal quality expectations across tools, equipment, and service delivery. You are strengthening quality governance, supporting operational teams, and driving improvements in processes, methods, and procedures. You are contributing to seamless execution by enabling clear communication, supporting project activities, and ensuring that quality outcomes are consistently achieved.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
  • Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Have strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous‑improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance of end‑destination use for products, services, equipment, software, and personnel
  • Elaborating proposals for improving approaches, methods, procedures, and processes within the quality function
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and business stakeholders regarding design, coordination, and quality‑related services
  • Contributing to projects as an active team member and supporting delivery of quality objectives
  • Managing work goals that typically span 1–3 months, with results visible immediately or within short operational cycles
