About The Position

Ensure the quality of all product leaving Rightway is to the customer’s satisfaction.

Requirements

• Be safety conscious
• Knowledge of Calipers
• Quality Experience
• Basic Computer Skills
• Good communication skills (verbal & oral)

Responsibilities

• Make sure to follow all rules
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to bend repeatedly
• Properly set up and run sorting machine(s)
• Review Kanban to match part label
• Review actual part with drawing on Kanban
• Must hit hourly / daily production targets
• Hourly / Daily target may and will change
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities
• Assist with customer issues concerning mixed/damaged part getting out
• Assist in training if needed
• Hand Sorting / Machine Sorting
• Other duties as assigned
