About The Position

Castle High Value provides replacement cost estimating and loss prevention services on high value homes for personal lines insurance carriers, and is the recognized leader in the industry. EXL Risk Control evaluates commercial businesses and their operations, documenting underwriting concerns and making recommendations for risk improvement. The target total compensation consists of a base hourly wage plus performance-based incentive pay. Incentive Pay is driven by productivity, turn-around time and quality, and is not sales-based.
