Desired Skills:Ability to retrieve, compile, and analyze clinical data, and present findings effectively.Accuracy in data entry and identifying quality or clinical issues in medical records.Skilled in working with multiple departments and presenting data at committee meetings.Experience assisting with planning and implementing clinical and data quality improvements. Here Is What You Will Need:Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska without restriction is required or must obtain Nebraska license within 90 days if residing in Nebraska; if residing outside of Nebraska, a compact state license with no restrictions is required.Two to three years of clinical experience; experience in quality improvement or case management preferred. Nice to Have:Experience assisting leadership with planning and implementing process improvements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and leading quality improvement projects.Familiarity with regulatory standards and state health departments.
