TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Quality Resident Liaison/Representative to join our team in Stanton, TN. This full-time position is crucial for the success of TRIGO's Quality Resident Engineering business. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction by providing technical support and addressing quality issues, thereby promoting the reputation of our contracted customers. The Quality Resident Liaison will be the face of TRIGO at the customer’s plant, responsible for building strong professional relationships and ensuring open communication between the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the contracted customer. In this role, you will be expected to analyze problems at the OEM's facility promptly, propose solutions to avoid claims, and communicate necessary corrective actions to the affected production plants. You will also be responsible for proactively channeling information regarding existing claims to the plant and providing continuous feedback to the customer about the status of these claims. Participation in customer meetings and seeking feedback on customer satisfaction will be essential components of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct regular audits on how the customer handles our products and keep yourself updated on technical and quality-related specifics through meetings and visits to the contracted partner. Reporting to the TRIGO Country Resident Manager, you will also coordinate repair and sorting activities on-site, ensuring that any such activities are initiated only with written confirmation from the contracted client. Your role will involve representing the interests of the customer and the contracted partner, ensuring that all technical changes and support requirements are met effectively.
