Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company's Quality System. Process customer and vendor returns. Assist in promoting a total quality environment and ensuring the continual improvement of branch products and processes.
Investigate & process customer and vendor returns
Conduct internal audits & assist with customer audits/visits
Maintain and calibrate measurement/test equipment
Drive root cause investigations and recommend improvements
Support Lean initiatives & maintain visual management boards
Collaborate on continual improvement and branch quality reviews
2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Control
Working knowledge of ISO9001:2008 or AS9100/9120 standards
High school diploma or GED required
Strong computer skills & safety-first mindset
ASQ certification is a plus
Lean, OSHA, or metals industry experience is a bonus
