About The Position

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company's Quality System. Process customer and vendor returns. Assist in promoting a total quality environment and ensuring the continual improvement of branch products and processes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Control
• Working knowledge of ISO9001:2008 or AS9100/9120 standards
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong computer skills & safety-first mindset
• ASQ certification is a plus
• Lean, OSHA, or metals industry experience is a bonus

Nice To Haves

• 3-4 years of quality experience + auditing

Responsibilities

• Investigate & process customer and vendor returns
• Conduct internal audits & assist with customer audits/visits
• Maintain and calibrate measurement/test equipment
• Drive root cause investigations and recommend improvements
• Support Lean initiatives & maintain visual management boards
• Collaborate on continual improvement and branch quality reviews
