Quality Planning Engineer — Oversee the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) concerning product development and change management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance to integrate APQP processes into product development and manufacturing processes. Application and assurance of quality methods and core tools in production, considering the company standards.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Control and development of quality documentation, (e.g. FMEA, Audit plans, instructions).
• Creation and submitting of PPAP documentation
• Create and establish the Control Plans and other quality tools
• Support D-FMEA and P-FMEA
• Plan and perform the required quality training for the relevant topics from the APQP
