In this role, you’ll handle various electronic systems to collect and analyze data, assist in tracking performance indicators, and support our Quality Management Department in its reporting efforts. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.
  • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public health, health administration, or related field preferred.
  • Preferred experience in quality or data roles within a healthcare organization or related field.
  • Proficient in common word processing, spreadsheet, database, electronic health records, and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and retrieve data within various electronic systems for report creation and completion.
  • Understand and adhere to regulatory, contractual, certification, licensing, and accreditation standards to ensure timely report fulfillment.
  • Track, monitor, and report on Brightli key performance indicators and clinical outcomes, sharing findings with necessary stakeholders.
  • Organize resources, establish priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Review and analyze data for accuracy and trends using Electronic Health Record systems and other databases.
  • Prepare data summaries and visual presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Quality Performance Team Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
