Requirements

• Oklahoma or applicable Multi-state RN license (upon hire)
• BLS (upon hire)
• Experience overseeing patient safety programs
• Experience with change management with the ability to provide leadership in the adaptation and implementation of new processes and/or technology that enhance Quality.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for assisting the facility with improving quality and patient safety through management of the patient safety event analysis platform.
• Supports a culture of high reliability and the measurement of care quality identifying opportunities and executing on strategies for performance improvement.
• Focus on highly reliable processes, delivering exceptional outcomes and/or optimal health.
• Deliver the safest care to patients driven through leadership and culture of reliability.
• Ensures all PSO requirements are managed and highly functional.
• Promotes relationship-centered care grounded in empathy, dignity, respect, and collaboration.
