Quality & Patient Safety Manager – Regulatory Varied Sites | Full-Time | Days Join NewYork-Presbyterian as a key leader on our Quality team, where you’ll play a vital role in advancing regulatory readiness, patient safety, and operational excellence across our enterprise. In this role, you will: Lead the hospital’s response to unannounced federal (CMS) and state (DOH) surveys, including on-site support throughout the survey, and working with clinical teams to develop and implement any subsequent post-survey plans of correction. Work both independently and collaboratively with surveyors, command centers, clinicians, departments across the organization, as well as within the internal Quality team. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements. Support enterprise-wide initiatives that improve quality and patient safety and overall organizational readiness. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader to take on the pivotal role of Manager for Quality and Patient Safety, with a focus on responding to unannounced federal and state regulatory survey activity, at a renowned New York hospital and academic center.
