Must be available to travel within Northern and Central New Jersey for provider visits within these regions. Travel up to 25% required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years managed care setting, medical office or facility setting with demonstration of medical administration duties.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Performs duties to assist in activities related to closing open care gaps for high-risk members.
  • Interacts with high-risk members and/or providers to improve healthcare outcomes and close care gaps such as increased preventive care compliance.
  • Provides support for quality initiatives including outreach to members who are noncompliant in the designated outreach services.
  • Conducts seasonal call campaigns, in coordination with local market efforts.
  • Enters data assessments and authorizations into the system and maintain database as directed.
  • Maintains integrity of Personal Health Information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
