Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies within the industry
• Strong problem-solving skills to address production challenges and deviations
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and tools
• Previous experience in a production environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate Machinery and Equipment: Set up, operate, and maintain machinery according to operational guidelines to meet quality targets.
• Conduct regular quality checks and troubleshoot issues to maintain equipment efficiency and product standards.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Monitor production processes to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production quantities, equipment status, and any issues encountered.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize production efficiency and quality.
