About The Position

Quality Multi-Family Mgr (Multi - Job Leadership) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Multi-Family Manager to join our team in New Orleans , LA ! Position Responsibilities: Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families. Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies. Provides education and coaching on the Quality System. Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports. Manages, develops and motivates employees. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. This position requires the ability to obtain a clearance for access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “ US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience with AS9100 and/or a similar Quality Management System standard 5+ years of experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) and Corrective Action 3+ years of experience working with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes 3+ years of experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality 3 + years of experience leading teams or projects formally or informally Experience in leading or managing projects and teams Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience with system engineering /quality engineering Experience with surveillance and compliance audits Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) Assessment process. Requirements

5+ years of experience with AS9100 and/or a similar Quality Management System standard
5+ years of experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) and Corrective Action
3+ years of experience working with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes
3+ years of experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality
3 + years of experience leading teams or projects formally or informally
