About The Position

Quality Multi-Family Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Product & Service Quality Manager (Level K) for our Tooling Quality Assurance (TQA) team in North Charleston, SC on variable shift. This position will support the Tooling Inspections team. The teams’ area of responsibility is to perform routine and periodic tool inspections on all major and minor tools across the 787 Program while monitoring a call board for ad hoc items. In addition, perform 3D shoots utilizing laser tracker and photogrammetry to ensure product conformance. If nonconformance is identified the team documents the condition within our quality management system. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. Requirements

5+ years’ experience leading and influencing people in a Quality organization
5+ years’ experience in a leadership role leading various teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
Must be willing to work any shift based on the needs of the operation

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
