About The Position

Join our high-performing Quality team as a 1st Shift Quality MRB Coordinator. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of quality systems, assist in managing non-conformance, scrap, and customer returns, and ensure all castings meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dimensional, visual, or NDT inspection experience; dimensional or visual inspection preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality and quantity.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using a team approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Engineers in reviewing customer drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Perform audits to monitor product quality, including visual inspections of castings and paperwork audits.
• Write and implement Quality Engineering Instructions (QEIs) and help maintain quality systems.
• Assist in preparing and auditing shipment paperwork to meet customer standards.
• Support manufacturing operations as needed to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in the processing and accounting of non-conformance, scrap, and customer return material.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
