About The Position
The Quality Metrics Specialist will have oversight and responsibility to assist in multifaceted quality improvement projects and initiatives within a complex organizational structure, engaging both internal teams and external stakeholders. Collaborating closely with quality ratings program owners, the individual identifies areas for enhancement and implements innovative solutions, particularly focusing on health equity and cultural competency. Additionally, the role involves overseeing cross-functional governance activities to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements, while continuously evaluating program effectiveness and adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs and program scopes.
