Quality Measure Coordinator
About The Position
The Quality Measures Coordinator improves public reported data by ensuring its accuracy and integrity through data abstraction, analysis, and reporting. This role involves close collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to fully understand the data elements reported, and implement quality improvement projects to improve clinical quality outcomes. Evaluates adherence to compliance standards and maintains documentation for regulatory auditing. Collaborates with internal departments to ensure data integrity and documentation accuracy. Develop dashboards to track metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years related experience
- Experience with data analysis and management of clinical databases
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred
- Related certification and New Jersey license Registered Nurse license preferred
- Five years experience in a healthcare environment preferred
