About The Position

The Quality Material Coordinator at Waters Corporation is responsible for managing the inventory of non-conforming products at the Milford site. This role involves supporting product transactions and material flow across various areas within Quality, including Supplier QA, Machine Shop, and Operations Quality. The position requires hands-on involvement in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate inventory management through attention to detail and good transactional habits.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or related field
• Working knowledge of ISO quality management systems 9001, 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820
• Ability to work independently across multiple organizations

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Sparta Trackwise and SAP
• General understanding of ISO Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge of various sampling plans

Responsibilities

• Manage all material transactions associated with nonconformances
• Participate in daily nonconforming meetings
• Manage TrackWise quality records per the decisions made at the meetings
• Perform quarterly inventory of all Quality locations
• Perform weekly metrics reports to determine current inventory
• Act as direct Quality support for GDC and manage the tracking for PCB quality issues
