The Quality Manager at ESI Motion is a pivotal role designed for a talented and driven individual who will support quality operations within a high technology manufacturing environment. This position involves leading certification activities and ensuring adherence to quality policies and operating procedures. The Quality Manager will work closely under the guidance of the Director of Operations and Mission Assurance, playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the company's Quality Management System (QMS). In this role, the Quality Manager will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the QMS, ensuring compliance with AS9100D standards, space requirements, and other regulatory or statutory requirements. The position requires conducting organizational training activities, managing internal audit schedules, and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Manager will also host customer and third-party audits, support supplier development, and manage company-wide metrics to align with the company's policies and goals. The Quality Manager will participate in various engineering and manufacturing reviews, compile and present quarterly Quality Management Review (QMR) presentations to the Senior Leadership Team, and lead critical review boards and process improvement committees. This role is integral to the organization's strategic planning and quality assurance efforts, making it essential for the candidate to possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
