About The Position
The Quality Manager at Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) is responsible for driving adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and supporting Lean initiatives within the facility. This role focuses on quality improvement, administration, and talent management, ensuring that quality standards are met and maintained across operations. The Quality Manager will lead efforts to enhance processes, reduce defects, and manage supplier quality, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among team members.
