About The Position
Labcorp has a Regional Quality Manager opportunity at the Laboratory in Tulsa, OK. Join an exceptional organization and strong Quality department. Are you knowledgeable about Regional Laboratory Quality Management and have worked in a Clinical Laboratory, regulatory environment for 5 years? Do you love quality management, problem-solving, writing, auditing, and comfortable presenting to teams? This Regional Quality Manager will be responsible for 4 regional laboratories in 4 states, traveling to these Labs is an essential part of this position. The Tulsa Laboratory is where your office will be, located at 9330 East 41st Street. This is a Hybrid position following training and understanding of the position expectations. Strong understanding of compliance with CLIA, CAP, ISO 15189, and other regulatory and accreditation requirements in a MUST! Apply now! Regional Quality Manager is responsible for the Quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures and that the performance and quality of services conform to established regulatory and accreditation requirements within the assigned laboratory or geographic region. The Quality Manager leads the internal and external audit program and resolution of audit and inspection findings; manages the internal and external proficiency testing program, manages the nonconforming event program, and facilitates continuous improvement. Oversees compliance with CLIA, CAP, ISO 15189, and other regulatory and accreditation requirements.
