The Target Pay Range for this position is $114,400 - $135,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget. Job Purpose/Overview The Quality Manager leads and oversees the Quality team and Quality Management System processes while focusing on implementing and improving quality strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or other related technical field.
  • At least 10 years of quality experience, a portion of which has been in a leadership role.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and implement strategic solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Recognized quality certification (e.g., CQA, CQE, etc.) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS to ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and industry standards (i.e., ISO 9001:2015).
  • Lead the preparation and execution of ISO 9001:2015 audits, including both internal and external audits.
  • Train and guide staff on quality management principles and practices to foster a quality-driven culture.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on quality performance and compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality objectives into business processes and product development.
  • Manage the document control system to ensure all quality documentation is accessible, current, and compliant with standards and regulations.
  • Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis activities to address non-conformities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and external auditors regarding the QMS.
