The Quality Manager is a key leader within the organization, responsible for managing a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that ensures product conformity, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for quality systems, audits, continuous improvement, and capability development. The Quality Manager will supervise a team of Quality Inspectors and will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain to ensure a proactive, prevention‑focused Quality culture.
