Ensures the Quality system parameters are implemented and maintained. Monitors an ISO quality management system with written standards and procedures including managing the company internal auditing system and supporting activities related to ISO requirements Ensures documented procedures are established and implemented throughout a product's design, development, manufacturing, inspection, test and delivery processes. Processes customer complaints, follows through to resolve problems and communicates with customers to discuss quality related issues. Oversees the following processes: corrective action, nonconforming material program and preventative action processes. Manages the audit function to ensure compliance with Quality standards. Documents process metrics for management review and to facilitate continual improvement
