We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager for Engineered Solutions and Lifecycle Services to lead and optimize the Quality function across North America Measurement Solutions Engineered Solutions and Lifecycle Services operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams, ensuring consistent quality standards across projects, service operations, and suppliers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance. This leadership role is essential in establishing a unified quality framework, strengthening governance, and fostering a culture of prevention, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Foster a proactive quality culture that aligns with Emerson’s quality and compliance standards by leading governance initiatives, promoting prevention-based practices, and reinforcing accountability across Engineered Solutions and Lifecycle Services teams Lead and develop the Quality organization, including Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions, ensuring clear roles, strong capability development, and effective execution of quality processes across projects, service operations, and supplier ecosystems. Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal policies, while driving consistency in procedures, documentation, and audit readiness across North America operations. Monitor and drive overall quality performance by tracking key metrics such as Cost of Quality, defect trends, customer quality performance, and corrective action effectiveness, using data-driven insights to identify systemic risks and improvement opportunities. Serve as the senior escalation point for customer quality matters and critical project risks, partnering with commercial, operations, and project teams to ensure quality commitments are met and customer confidence is maintained. Oversee supplier and partner quality governance, ensuring alignment with Emerson standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to improve reliability and reduce operational risk. Champion continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and Perfect Execution methodologies to reduce variability, improve process capability, and enhance overall service and project performance. Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into business processes and that quality considerations support growth, reliability, and customer success.
