Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to lead plant-wide quality systems and results at their Fort Smith, AR facility. You will be responsible for the quality program end-to-end, ensuring consistent processes, strong internal controls, and measurable improvement across operational KPIs. You will lead audits, manage nonconformances, drive corrective actions, and coach and mentor a small quality team while partnering closely with operations and leadership. Success requires ISO 9001 experience, root cause problem solving, strong leadership, and advanced Excel skills to drive measurable reductions in cost of quality.
