The Quality Manager will report directly to the VP of Operations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of quality directly or in a supervisory capacity for our global team. You will have ownership and oversight of the safety program, quality management system, quality control, supplier quality, continuous improvement, non-conformances, and quality audits (internal and external). You will collaborate closely with leaders throughout the business to understand critical quality issues and work to quickly resolve those issues. To succeed in this role, you will utilize both your technical and quality management expertise to solve some of our most challenging business priorities. You will be a leader, strong team player, and actively run to problems to solve both customer and business challenges.
