About The Position

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Detailed oriented Must have mechanical measuring abilities with surface plate inspection experience, experience with use of manual CMM's & inspection measuring tools. Working Knowledge of Net Inspect, drawings and GD&T required and ability to see three-dimensionally from flat drawings & use of 3 d models Preferred knowledge of Government & Customer contract review and interpretation Must be able to interface with staff, management, customers and suppliers Training in Lean principals (green belt certification Minimum), 5Y's & SPC Fluent in English (read, write, speak). Must have good communication skills Pre-employment Drug testing required Relocation compensation a possibility

• High school diploma / GED equivalent with some College or secondary education a plus
• Management experience - scheduling, employee evaluations, Hiring, team building 5 min. years'
• Min. experience in Aerospace/Military Quality Management & Systems
• Proficient in computer use with Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point experience a must

Nice To Haves

• Preferred knowledge of Government & Customer contract review and interpretation
