About The Position

Gadge USA was established in 1993. Our company is a national packaging supply and supply-chain solutions company with an expansive distribution network. We manage packaging portfolios across multiple categories, combined with a scalable service model, which delivers packaging solutions and continuous improvement to our customers. We are currently recruiting a Quality Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution and continuous improvement of Gadge’s Quality Operations. You will oversee quality concern management, sample inspection programs, vendor quality performance, and regulatory compliance while partnering cross-functionally to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in quality, packaging, manufacturing, or supply chain.
  • Experience with corrugated packaging or paperboard.
  • Strong experience in root cause analysis and CAPA.
  • Experience working with vendors or manufacturers.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end Quality Concern (QC) process, including intake, vendor communication, escalation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and final resolution.
  • Ensure timely closure of QCs, including credit management and disposition of goods, while maintaining accurate system data.
  • Review and approve QC documentation, including customer-facing conclusion reports.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs such as time to close and resolve QCs.
  • Oversee sample inspection programs for new items, first production runs, and post-QC validation samples.
  • Ensure adherence to specifications including dimensions, board grade, print quality, and functional performance.
  • Develop and maintain sample archiving and benchmarking standards.
  • Own and enhance recurring reports including QC reports and credit tracking.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead preparation and execution of FSC audits and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage customer-driven compliance requests.
  • Develop and improve Quality SOPs and processes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Train internal teams on quality processes and systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally to prevent quality issues.
