About The Position

Heyco, a PennEngineering company with 100 years of manufacturing excellence, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality systems and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in quality within a manufacturing environment
  • ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor certification (required)
  • Experience with regulatory standards (UL, CSA preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or ASQ certification (CQE, CMQ/OE)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and lead internal/external audits
  • Manage customer complaints and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) using root cause analysis
  • Partner with engineering to ensure product quality and manufacturability
  • Develop process controls, inspection methods, and quality plans
  • Review customer/supplier requirements to ensure quality standards are met
  • Serve as the main contact for customer quality needs (FAIs, IMDS, regulatory)
  • Prepare PPAP, FPA, and related submissions
  • Analyze quality data to improve performance and reliability
  • Lead quality training and support continuous improvement initiatives
