A Program Quality Manager leads the quality assurance strategy for programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements. This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills to drive quality excellence and ensure customer satisfaction across Programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
  • Exceptional knowledge of standards – AS9100, ISO 9001:2015, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc.
  • Expertise in quality management systems, methodologies, and tools
  • Assuring compliance to in-house and external specifications and standards
  • Understand configuration management and change management procedures
  • Driving root cause analysis and corrective action
  • Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills
  • Understanding of program contractual requirements and flow downs
  • Monitoring performance to drive decision-making based on data
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Influencing stakeholders at all levels to prioritize and uphold quality standards
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Quality Engineers
  • Experience reporting to Site & Executive Leadership and Customers

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA std’s certification may be required within 30 days of hire.
