The Quality Manager oversees all aspects of the Firetrace integrated Quality Management System including quality planning, assurance, control, and improvement. In this role the quality manager will be responsible for partnering with all business functions, using a collaborative team focused approach to elevate the visibility and understanding of our QMS. He/she will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all markets we operate and ensure that all third-party certifications are maintained in good standing. This is a position as a working manager and as such this role is responsible for not only managing the quality team but also digs into tactical work to help get the job done.
