Requirements

Strong knowledge of AS9100 Standards.
Auditing experience.
Extensive experience with RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) methodology.
Knowledge of team building skills, experience working with teams to accomplish business objectives for resolutions.
Understanding of structure of contracts and business terms and conditions.
Business writing and communication skills.
Ability to learn ERP system.
Ability to train, guide and motivate team.
Blueprint reading
Familiarity with Inspection methods.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Intermediate Computer Skills
AS9100: 3 years (Required)

Nice To Haves

ANAB accredited auditing certificate, Six sigma, and SPC training preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage organizations Quality Management System (QMS).
Direct and set priorities of Inspection Group.
Review cert packs, sign certs of conformance.
Write Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and disposition returns (RMA Process).
Manage document register, Corrective Preventative Action Report (CPAR).
Work with Purchasing Manager to ensure and manage supplier risk sheet is current (ASL).
Initiate source requests as required.
Oversee collection of metric/data.
Review and approve Fare Article Inspection Review (FAIR).
Approve outside processing purchase orders.
